10 weeks

I suppose it's about time that I start taking my bump progression pictures so that I have them to look back upon.  The first time around, I was SO excited to get started that I waited about a week before taking them.  This time, I didn't want to feel like I was jinxing myself by starting, so I waited.  And waited.  I had intended on starting at 8 weeks, but then I got nervous and decided to wait some more.

Anyway, I've made it to 10 weeks today without any complications or need to see the doctor.  I have gone through my early pregnancy class at the OB office (I miscarried the weekend before during my first pregnancy), so I'm glad to have made it past that milestone.

How far along?   10 weeks

Total weight gain/loss: I haven't kept track yet.  When I was weighed at the doctors at 9w1d, I was at 174lbs.

Maternity clothes?
Not yet.  My pants are starting to feel tight by the end of the day, so I purchased a belly band to use with my work clothes.

Stretch marks?
No

Symptoms:
Exhaustion, Peeing all the time, extreme thirst, very tender chesticles, nauseous at night, stretching feeling in my uterus, some round ligament pain, food aversions.

Sleep: Sleeping pretty well still, but if I am woken up in the middle of the night, it's hard for me to go back to sleep.  I get night sweats every once and awhile if I have too many layers on.

Best moment this week: Making it to 10 weeks!

Have you told family and friends:
We have told my family, Luke's family, Bill & Mary, and a handful of my girlfriends

Miss Anything? Not feeling like I constantly need to be snacking, or else I feel like I am going to puke.

Movement: Not yet

Food cravings: No hardcore cravings yet, but all I really want to eat lately are smoothies, ice cold juice, and pickles (I know, I'm a walking pregnancy stereotype with the pickles).

Anything making you queasy or sick: I need to constantly have something in my stomach.  The smell of eggnog made me feel sick, and some hot meals aren't settling my stomach.

Have you started to show yet: Just bloat, though I am starting to be able to feel my growing uterus when I bend over!

Baby is a: ??

Belly Button in or out?
In

Wedding rings on or off?
On

Happy or Moody most of the time:
Happy most of the time, but I can get frustrated/crabby pretty quick.  My patience is running low.

Looking forward to: First OB appointment next week!
